Your order will be shipped the same day if ordered before 2pm. All orders are sent on an overnight courier (except rural addresses). All orders require a signature and you will need to show identification on receipt to prove you are over 18 years old.

Yes, all orders are sent with 18+ stickers, meaning ID mustbe sighted on delivery. Because of this all orders have to be signed for.

VEX cannot arrange for parcels to be left as an ATL (authority to leave) or remove the requirement for a signature.
